Both Avise and Fletcher joined Volt in 1999, bringing more than 25 years of experience within the organization to their new roles.
Avise, previously serving in operations leadership, has been instrumental in overseeing production efficiency and facility expansion efforts. Fletcher, who has led financial operations for years, has helped guide the company’s fiscal strategy during periods of sustained growth.
Their promotions mark a new chapter for Volt as it continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its leadership team.
